-why raw-

Raw milk is a holistic food source, containing all the essential enzymes necessary for complete digestion in our bodies.

In comparison, pasteurized milk only retains less than 10% of these vital digestive enzymes.

Individuals diagnosed with lactose intolerance often find that they can consume raw milk without any issues. Combining the A2/A2 genetics with raw milk increases the likelihood of lactose intolerant individuals being able to enjoy milk again.

Raw milk contains lactase, an enzyme crucial for pre-digesting milk in our stomachs, aiding in the absorption of all the nutrients present in raw milk.

Benefits of raw milk include:

  • Protein with 22 amino acids, 8 of which are essential, all fully available.

  • Vitamins and minerals, fully accessible.

  • 18 fatty acids that nourish the body.

Pasteurization significantly impacts the nutritional content of milk, with calcium loss exceeding 50%.

What do we do?

Our foundation is rooted in biodynamic principles, prioritizing the well-being of our cows. Our cows are nurtured with non-GMO hay, daily processed non-GMO fodder, natural remedies, and have access to 5 acres of pasture for grazing freely. Additionally, we ensure that our farming practices contribute positively to the environment by maintaining soil health and promoting biodiversity. Our commitment to sustainable agriculture means that we avoid synthetic chemicals, striving instead to work in harmony with nature. By doing so, we not only produce high-quality milk but also support the well-being of our cows, our land, and our community. Each bottle of milk that reaches your table is a testament to our dedication to ethical farming, environmental stewardship, and the highest standards of animal care. We believe that when cows are happy and healthy, it results in better, more nutritious dairy products for you and your family.
